This template is really just a "data dump" of closed polygons - in multimaps format - for specific relation id's. As long as there is an entry in this list with accurate closed polygon info, then when this template is used to provide polygon info to the multimaps template the polygon will show up. If there is no entry in the list you simply get an empty string and no polygon will show up. The usefulness of this template is related to the accuracy and completeness of the polygon info it contains.
