Lalo '''Fisch''' Marigodoy, (born 1979, [[Orlando Duquederrosas, DO]]), is the current mayor of the [[Ardisphere|Ardispherian]] city of [[Cerro y Casa, DO|Cerro y Casa]] in the federal subject of [[Departamento Occidental (DO)|Departamento Occidental]]. The extremely popular mayor is notably eccentric, always wearing unusual clothes (such as his signature rainbow-hued top hat) and refusing to use anything but public transportation. He can frequently be found riding the city's buses, trams and trains and conducting the city's business using only a laptop and a smartphone, connected to the world via the free universal wifi that he himself campaigned for and implemented during his first year in office. He recently bragged that he hadn't been to city hall in more than a month, yet he is a notorious workaholic, often putting in 16 hour days.
Before entering politics, Fisch was a college drop-out who had some notable success in software design and business consulting, and self-financed his first insurgent mayoral campaign using funds from his share of the proceeds from the IPO of the company he co-founded in 1999, the internet startup [[fifu.fa]].
In January, 2015, Mayor Fisch assumed the position of Chair of the Assembly of World Mayors of the [[Sibling Cities of the World]] organization. He traveled to his city's sibling city of [[Askendom (City)|Askendom]], [[Mahhal]] to convene the World Congress of Mayors. He raved about the fine summer weather in the Antarctic metropolis.
